What are some “lesser known” Marvel and DC comic book characters that you like?

Today, I am Klingon Elivs asked:


They can be villains, super heroes, side characters,etc.

I have a few, but one that always stood out to me was "Stingray", a member of Marvel's Avengers from time to time.

Someone other than Batman, Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Capt. America, Thor, Hulk, or Iron Man.

Tell me who they are and why you like the character(s).
