Where can I find DC Comic Joker Costume?

My brother is looking for an adult Joker costume. He wants the old costume, not the dark knight movie costume. However, since the movie came out, I think they've stopped making the original Joker costumes.

Does anyone know a website or store (Canada) where they sell the Joker costume from the Comic Books?
